Benjamin McCullough

Ben McCullough currently serves as a Managing Director of the Firm. His primary responsibilities include client development and strategic assessment. In this capacity, he is responsible for analyzing prospective client organizations in an effort to evaluate growth opportunities given their current external environment. Additionally, Mr. McCullough takes an active role in the marketing of engagements to institutional investors and analysts as well as developing client presentations to these entities.
Since joining Tunstall, Mr. McCullough has worked in a multitude of industries. Capital raised for any one of these clients includes successful placement of bank term and revolver facilities, subordinated debt, mezzanine financing, various stages of venture capital, and public equity through an initial public offering (IPO) or secondary offering with first tier underwriting firms. Related to acquisition and consolidation initiatives, Mr. McCullough has also assisted in the development, evaluation and structuring of acquisitions for clients.
Mr. McCullough is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Indiana University, earning degrees in both accounting and finance.
Andrew Zahn

Andy Zahn currently serves as a Managing Director of the Firm. Mr. Zahn is responsible for directing client engagements, including business plan development, introduction to the capital markets, through closing. Mr. Zahn is a leader in maintaining the Firm's relationships with the institutional capital markets and has responsibilities to evaluate potential Firm clients.
Mr. Zahn has directed a multitude of client engagements, securing financing from asset based lenders, mezzanine & subordinated debt providers, equity investments firms, and has assisted clients in the selection of underwriter representation for Initial Public Offerings.
Mr. Zahn also has experience across a variety of industries including; Healthcare Devices and Services, Business Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Technology and Distribution. Prior to joining Tunstall Consulting, Mr. Zahn worked in the Chicago Office of Arthur Andersen, and was a manager at Huron Consulting Group. Mr. Zahn is a graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jerome J. Cincotta

Jerry Cincotta currently serves as a Special Advisor to Tunstall Consulting. Mr. Cincotta spent 25 years at Citigroup's Investment Banking Division. While at Citigroup, his primary coverage areas centered on the Technology, General Industrial and Consumer sectors with clients ranging from Fortune 1000 to start up entities. Mr. Cincotta was responsible for working with the senior executives of clients to analyze their business objectives and evaluate financing and strategic alternatives to achieve those objectives. His extensive investment banking experience includes raising equity and debt capital through both public and private transactions as well as the execution of strategic advisory assignments.
Mr. Cincotta received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Whinney.
